Returns: You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Damaged or Wrong Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.

Refunds: As we currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD), approved refunds will be issued through Easypaisa, JazzCash, or bank transfer, depending on the customer's preferred method.

Non-Returnable Items: Opened or used products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.
